Return Eligibility

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for eligible items.

To qualify for a return:

  • Items must be unused or gently used

  • Products must be returned in their original packaging

  • Items must not be excessively used, damaged, or altered

For hygiene and safety reasons, certain items may not be eligible for return.

Domestic Returns (United States)

Customers within the United States may request a return within 30 days of receiving their order.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.

International Returns

International customers may request a return within 30 days of delivery.

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs, customs fees, duties, taxes, and any additional international return expenses.

Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@elmiorecosmetics.com with photos of the product and packaging.

We will review the issue and work to provide an appropriate resolution.

Refund Processing

Once your return is received and inspected, refunds are processed within 1–3 business days.

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method used at checkout.

Depending on your financial institution, refunds may take an additional 5–10 business days to appear in your account.

Non-Refundable Items

The following items may not be eligible for refunds or returns:

  • Gift cards

  • Final sale items

  • Promotional items

  • Products marked as non-returnable

  • Excessively used products

Return Shipping Responsibility

  • Domestic returns: customer responsible unless item is damaged or incorrect

  • International returns: customer responsible for all shipping and customs-related costs

Cancellations

Orders may only be canceled before they are processed or shipped.

Once an order has shipped, it can no longer be canceled.
