Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.

During high-volume periods, promotions, or holidays, processing times may be slightly extended.

United States Shipping

International Shipping

  • Standard International Shipping: 5-10 business days

Express Shipping

Express orders placed before 12:00 PM EST on business days typically begin processing the same day.

Orders placed after the express shipping cut-off time, on weekends, or on holidays will begin processing on the next business day.

Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the shipping destination, package weight, and selected shipping method.

Free shipping promotions may be available on qualifying orders where applicable.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or additional fees determined by the destination country.

These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the order total or shipping charges.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, a confirmation email containing tracking information will be sent to the email address provided at checkout.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Lost or Delayed Packages

Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include photos of the packaging and product for review.
